Insert the roller wheel into the garage door track. Yet it may help to understand a bit more about what a garage door technician will actually do when installing nylon rollers. When you have replaced the bottom 4 rollers you ll realize that you won t be able to replace the top one because it won t line up with the opening in the track. Pull out the hinge away from the door and then old roller out of the sleeve in the hinge. As with the other garage door rollers the new roller can just slide into the old bracket.

To hold the section in place lightly toenail a 16d nail into the frame and bend it over the section.
