Integra Driver Door Wont Lock

I have an aftermarket power door lock that i got from bestbuy but removed the little unit that joins the rods together.

Integra driver door wont lock.

Driver door will not open. It s a manual lock in the handle. Decided to work on my integra a bit today since i will be selling it. Driver door will not open.

When the door is open i can hear the actuator trying but it won t lock and i can t manually lock the door when it is in this open position. After the first two weeks the arm disarm button would arm disarm the alarm but it would not lock unlock the doors also the driver and passenger interior door lock switches stopped working completely. My driver door wont unlock. I m guess it s not a 2008 2009 acura because that feature has been taken away recently.

To sum it all up in short. There are a few small things that need to be fixed and i ve been slacking so i m star. At least that s the way it works on my teg. Obd1kenobi ci transfomer god.

So i had to lock the doors manually with the key outside my car. The door is closed so i cannot take off the door panel i can get in the car by opening the passenger door and climbing into the drivers seat. It cannot be unlocked with my key from inside the car or by removing the interior handle lock cover and trying to manipulate it. 1996 acura integra my 1996 acura integra driver door will not open.

Okay i have 96 integra gs r hatch and the power door lock on the drivers side only works when the door is closed. It would lock unlock my doors when i pressed the arm disarm on the remote. To lock the doors insert the key into the lock on the driver s door and rotate the key counterclockwise until you hear the doors lock. In order to get your door lock to work when the door is open you need to pull the inside door handle and the same time as pressing the lock button on the inside of the car.
